We acknowledge the Mununjali people as the traditional custodians of this land upon which our school resides. We pay our respects to their elders past, present and emerging, for they hold the memories, the traditions, and culture of the Mununjali peoples.
This beautiful artwork depicts the story representing our Mother Earth and Mother Mary and our connection to the Mununjali Country. St Mary's School, Beaudesert, had the great privilege of collaborating with Aboriginal artist Waylene Currie to highlight the school's connection to land and local Aboriginal culture in Beaudesert for over 120 years.
